This multi-day vehicle assisted ride is in the Gravelly Range located in Southwest, Montana. This adventure is geared toward all levels. You’ll be spending your days biking along the spectacular spine of the Gravelly Mountains. Don’t worry about difficulty, this adventure is vehicle assisted. You can expect steady inclines and declines on a wide mountain road.
Beginning Biking - morning or afternoon available
Master a basic set of mountain biking skills on a guided adventure. Your guide will lead you to discover the addiction in off-road biking. A beginner trail is an improved 4 foot wide packed dirt / gravel trail with gentle inclines and declines. This path is an out and back and can be shortened as needed.
Intermediate Mountain Biking - morning or afternoon available
Get out and feel the mountain air! Take the day to advance your mountain biking skills. An intermediate trail has moderate inclines and declines with some loose rock and gravel. Vehicle assistance is available on some intermediate rides.

offers half and full day mountain biking as well as multi-day vehicle assisted mountain biking / camping adventures. Get out and feel the mountain air.
Your guide will start off explaining each part of your mountain bike and how it works. Next your guide will discus and demonstrate key techniques for a successful adventure. Before heading out you will have the time to take a few practice loops to adjust to your bike’s gears and brakes.
Ready for an epic ride? Challenge yourself with a back country ride in the heart of the Greater Yellowstone region. An advanced trail is a narrow foot trail with loose rock and obstacles. On an advanced trail there may be short steep inclines and declines that will require technical maneuvering.
Want gravity to do the work? Spend the morning with your guide charging down the trails of Lone Mountain. Big Sky Resort’s gondola will take you to over 9,000 feet, for the decent of your life. Each run down, your guide will choose the appropriate trails to fit your level of expertise.
